Site-access planning
Tell us about the gate, the driveway, the overhead lines, and whether there is a forklift. Freight problems are almost always access problems nobody mentioned.
Repair and punch-list quantities
A partial pallet to close out a punch list is normal work here. You do not need a big order to get a straight answer.

Questions we get asked
Can you hold material until my slab is poured?
Yes — reserved stock is standard on phased work. Tell us roughly when you expect to need it and we will hold it against that date rather than selling it out from under you.
How much extra should I order?
Allow around 5–10% on straightforward running bond, and 10–15% on herringbone, radial work, and anything with a lot of cuts. Antique brick also arrives with some natural breakage. Ordering tight on reclaimed material is a false economy, because a second load is a second freight bill and may not be the same lot.
Do you deliver to multiple sites?
Yes. Palletized freight goes wherever you tell us, and separate loads to separate sites are routine. Delivery is curbside at each, so make sure someone at each end can take pallets off a truck.
