Material is secured, held for your phase dates if needed, and shipped palletized to your site.

Questions we get asked
Is there a minimum?
There is no published minimum — it depends entirely on what you are after. A single missing architectural element and a forty-thousand-brick facade are both things we have gone looking for. Call and describe it and we will tell you whether it is worth chasing.
Do I pay upfront?
Terms depend on the material and the scope, and sourced material is a different proposition to stock. Hays and Ben will set that out clearly in the quote before anything is committed. Note that stock orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if the pallet has not yet been prepared for shipment.
How far ahead should I start?
For anything coming out of Europe, assume 8–14 weeks plus your own programme, so start at design stage rather than at order stage. For domestic salvage, a few weeks is often enough. The earlier you start, the more options you get.
