Not every antique brick belongs underfoot. We separate paving stock by hardness and density, culling soft, porous, and spalled brick before it leaves the yard. What ships is brick that was fired hot enough to take Gulf South rain and Texas sun.
Running bond, herringbone, basket weave, and soldier-course borders all work. Belgian block or granite setts make a clean edge restraint—and we stock those too.

Questions we get asked
Dry-laid or mortared?
Both work. Dry-laid over a compacted base with sand or screenings is more forgiving, drains better, and can be lifted and reset. Mortared over a slab is firmer and better for heavy traffic. Dry-laid work needs an edge restraint — Belgian block, granite setts, or a soldier course — or the field will creep.
Will antique pavers spall in a freeze?
Our paving stock is selected for hardness precisely because of this: it was fired hot enough to take Gulf South rain and Texas sun. Freeze damage is mostly a function of water sitting in a porous brick, so drainage and the right blend matter more than anything. Tell us your climate and we will select accordingly.
How do we clean them after install?
Sweep and rinse. If mortar haze needs lifting, use the gentlest thing that works and test on a spare brick first — aggressive acid washing strips the patina you paid for. Pressure washing at high pressure will do the same.
How fast can material ship?
Once your invoice is paid we can have a truck on the road within 48 hours on stock material. Order processing typically runs 2–3 business days; large or custom orders may need longer, and we will tell you the date before you commit.
How is material packaged and delivered?
Everything ships banded and wrapped on pallets by palletized LTL or full truckload freight. Delivery is curbside only unless you arrange otherwise in advance. Freight is calculated on weight, destination, and delivery requirements, and quoted before you order. Inspect the load on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before you sign the delivery receipt—that signature is what protects your claim.
