Every pallet is pulled and culled by hand. Soft, spalled, and broken brick comes out before it leaves the yard, which is why what arrives looks like what you were shown.

Four house blends held as standing stock, not one-off loads. If a second phase lands two years after the first, we can still supply the same blend.
Hardness matched to use
Soft Reds and Old Chicagos behave differently to Hard Tans underfoot and in weather. We steer you to the blend that suits the exposure rather than the one that looks best in a photograph.

Which blend should I use outside?
For exposed exterior work and anything underfoot, the harder-fired blends do better: New Orleans Hard Tans and St. Louis Reds are hard-burned and weather resistant. Soft Reds and Old Chicagos are beautiful on protected facades, fireplaces, and garden walls but are softer and more porous. Tell us the exposure and we will point you at the right one.
Can you match brick on my existing house?
Usually, yes. Send a photograph or a loose brick and we will find the closest reclaimed match in stock, normally the same week. Most matches come out of our four house blends; when they do not, we go looking through the salvage network under our custom sourcing service.
How much waste should I allow?
Allow around 5–10% on straightforward running bond. Go to 10–15% on herringbone, radial work, and anything with a lot of cuts. Antique brick also arrives with some natural breakage, so ordering tight is a false economy.
How fast can material ship?
Once your invoice is paid we can have a truck on the road within 48 hours on stock material. Order processing typically runs 2–3 business days; large or custom orders may need longer, and we will tell you the date before you commit.
How is material packaged and delivered?
Everything ships banded and wrapped on pallets by palletized LTL or full truckload freight. Delivery is curbside only unless you arrange otherwise in advance. Freight is calculated on weight, destination, and delivery requirements, and quoted before you order. Inspect the load on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before you sign the delivery receipt—that signature is what protects your claim.
