Is antique flagstone slippery around a pool?
A century of foot traffic leaves a worn but not polished surface, which generally gives reasonable grip wet. It is not a slip-rated product though. If slip resistance is critical, ask us to select for a more textured face and test a sample wet before you commit the whole terrace.
Can you supply matching steps and copings?
Often, yes — we stock thresholds, copings, and larger slabs that can be cut to suit. Tell us the step and coping sizes early, because the large pieces go first out of any load.
How much variation should I expect?
A lot, and deliberately so. A single terrace will shift from buff to blue-grey, and that range is the product. If you need it tighter, say so and we will select from a narrower band — but expect to pay for the sorting and to wait for the right load.
How fast can material ship?
Once your invoice is paid we can have a truck on the road within 48 hours on stock material. Order processing typically runs 2–3 business days; large or custom orders may need longer, and we will tell you the date before you commit.
How is material packaged and delivered?
Everything ships banded and wrapped on pallets by palletized LTL or full truckload freight. Delivery is curbside only unless you arrange otherwise in advance. Freight is calculated on weight, destination, and delivery requirements, and quoted before you order. Inspect the load on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before you sign the delivery receipt—that signature is what protects your claim.
