How do I open a trade account?
By having a conversation, not by filling in a form. Call Hays in New Orleans or Ben in Texas, tell them what you do and roughly what you move, and they will set it up from there.
Do you offer terms?
Terms depend on the account and the volume, so it is a conversation with Hays or Ben rather than a published schedule. They will set out exactly what applies to your account before you order.
Can you drop-ship to my client?
Yes. Palletized freight goes wherever you tell us, so material can go straight to your client’s site rather than via your yard. Delivery is curbside, so make sure somebody at the far end can take pallets off a truck.
