Volume Without the Lead Time
Reclaimed brick is what makes a new hotel or a multifamily block read as if it belongs on its street. The constraint is always volume: can you get forty or a hundred thousand brick of one blend, on a schedule, at a price that survives value engineering.
We answer that with held inventory, active sourcing through demolition and salvage networks, and phased release out of our yards so the material arrives as each building needs it.

How early should we engage?
At concept or early design, not at procurement. Reclaimed material is finite and load-specific: in-stock ships in 48 hours, but container sourcing runs 8–14 weeks, and assembling a single consistent blend at volume takes longer again. Early engagement is the difference between specifying what you want and specifying what is left.
Can you guarantee consistency across 80,000 brick?
Not in the sense a manufacturer can — reclaimed brick varies, and that is the product. What we can do is assemble the whole quantity from one blend up front, hold it, and set approval by mock-up panel so the agreed range is documented before anything is laid. That is a far more honest guarantee than a colour code.
Do you work with GCs or directly with owners?
Both, and often with the architect at the same time. Whoever is buying, the useful thing is that the person quoting the brick is the person who walked the pallets and books the freight.
