Hays Earles runs the New Orleans office. Ben Bourgeois runs Dallas–Fort Worth. Between the two yards we cover the Gulf South and Texas on short freight, and ship palletized loads to the rest of the country.

How fast can material ship?
Once your invoice is paid we can have a truck on the road within 48 hours on stock material. Order processing typically runs 2–3 business days; large or custom orders may need longer, and we will tell you the date before you commit.
How is material packaged and delivered?
Everything ships banded and wrapped on pallets by palletized LTL or full truckload freight. Delivery is curbside only unless you arrange otherwise in advance. Freight is calculated on weight, destination, and delivery requirements, and quoted before you order. Inspect the load on arrival and note any visible damage with the driver before you sign the delivery receipt—that signature is what protects your claim.
Can I see the material before I buy?
Yes. We ship physical samples anywhere in the US, usually within two business days, and standard samples are free to the trade. Yard visits in New Orleans and Dallas–Fort Worth are welcome by appointment. If you cannot get to a yard, we will photograph the actual pallets for you instead.
